1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at amsubway.hair and the services offered by AM SUBWAY LLC. By visiting the website, calling our shop, placing an order or requesting catering, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the website or our online services.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and AM SUBWAY LLC, a sandwich shop located at 871 E 4500 S, Salt Lake City - 84107-3049, United States (US). Please read them carefully, because they describe your responsibilities and the limits of our obligations. Where a term is unclear, contact us using the details in the final section and we will explain it.

2. Eligibility to Use the Site

You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your region to place an order or to submit information through this website. If you are under that age, a parent or guardian should act on your behalf. By using the site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to agree to these terms.

We may refuse service or restrict access where we believe that a person is misusing the site, impersonating another, or acting in a way that harms our shop, our staff or our customers. This right exists to protect everyone who relies on our counter, and it is exercised only when the circumstances justify it.

3. Our Services

AM SUBWAY LLC prepares made to order subs, signature hot subs, soups and sides, fresh salads and bowls, party trays and catering, and morning coffee and pastries. These services are described in more detail on our services page. The descriptions there are an invitation to order, not a guarantee that every item will be available at every moment.

A made to order sub is built in front of you from the bread to the last topping, so its final character depends on the choices you make at the counter. Signature hot subs move to the press and take a few minutes longer than a cold build. Soups and sides rotate with the season. Salads and bowls use the same fresh produce as the sandwich line. Party trays and catering scale the kitchen for a group. Morning coffee and pastries serve the early crowd before the lunch line forms.

Because we cook with fresh ingredients, some items rotate with the season or sell out during a busy lunch. When something you want is not available, we will offer a close alternative or suggest a different day. We reserve the right to add, change or withdraw a menu item at any time, and we will do our best to keep the website reasonably current.

4. Orders and Availability

An order becomes binding when we accept it, not when you first send it. For a walk in order, acceptance happens at the register when we take your details and pin your ticket. For a phone or email order, acceptance happens when we confirm it back to you. Until that confirmation, an order is only a request and may be declined or adjusted.

We may decline an order for reasons such as product unavailability, an error in a listed price, a request that we cannot safely fulfill, or a suspicion of fraud or misuse. If we decline an order after taking a deposit or prepayment, we will return that amount according to the original payment method, as described in the section on pricing and payment.

A confirmed order is a commitment on both sides. We commit to preparing the food you asked for, and you commit to collecting it within a reasonable time and to paying the agreed amount. If your plans change, tell us as early as you can. An order that is adjusted before we begin preparation is easy to change, while one that is already on the cutting board cannot always be undone.

For phone orders, we read the ticket back to you before we hang up so that any mistake is caught immediately. For email orders, we send a confirmation that repeats the details. That confirmation is the record of what we agreed to prepare, so please review it and tell us at once if anything is wrong.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown on our menu boards and may be quoted on request. Prices can change without notice, and the price that applies to your order is the one in effect when we accept it. Where a listed price contains an obvious error, we may correct it before we prepare the order, and you may cancel if the corrected price is not acceptable.

Payment for most orders is taken in person at the shop. For catering and larger orders we may ask for a deposit to reserve the date, with the balance due at pickup. We do not ask you to submit card numbers through this website. Any deposit or prepayment is applied to the final total, and any refund owed is returned promptly through the same method used to pay.

Taxes and any applicable fees are added to the listed price where the law requires. Where a special offer or discount is applied, it applies only to the terms stated at the time it was offered and cannot be combined with another offer unless we say so in writing. We reserve the right to correct a pricing error even after an order is placed, and you may cancel the order if the corrected price is not acceptable.

Because our shop serves a local community, most orders are settled at the counter by card or cash. Larger catering accounts may be arranged by prior agreement with the owner. Whatever the method, a receipt is available on request so that you have a clear record of what you paid and what you received.

6. Catering and Party Trays

Catering orders involve more planning than a single sandwich, so they follow a few extra rules. Please give us as much notice as you reasonably can, and confirm the date, the headcount, the pickup time and any dietary notes in writing. A verbal estimate becomes an order only when we confirm it back to you and, where required, when a deposit is received.

Because catering relies on fresh preparation, a cancellation made very close to the event may not be refundable, since the food and labor have already been committed. We will always try to be fair, and where we can avoid waste or reassign the order, we will. Specific cancellation windows are shared when the order is confirmed so that there is no surprise.

Trays are prepared to travel, and we label each one so that your guests can tell what it holds. Once a tray leaves our counter, it should be kept cool or kept warm as appropriate and should not sit out for long periods. We are happy to advise on quantities, because ordering both too little and too much spoils an event in different ways.

For recurring catering, such as a standing office lunch, we can agree a regular schedule and a standard mix of items. A recurring arrangement still follows these terms, and either side may end it with reasonable notice. We appreciate the trust that comes with a recurring order and we work to keep the quality steady from one delivery to the next.

7. Allergies and Dietary Needs

Our kitchen handles common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs and sesame, and it is a shared space where cross contact is possible. We take dietary requests seriously and will explain what we can and cannot guarantee, but we cannot promise that any item is completely free of a given allergen. If you have a serious allergy, please speak with us before ordering so we can advise you honestly.

You are responsible for telling us about any dietary restriction or allergy when you place an order. We rely on the information you give us, and we prepare food according to it. Where we cannot safely accommodate a request, we will say so rather than take a risk on your health.

8. Pickup and Delivery

Most orders are collected in person at our counter. When you choose pickup, please arrive within a reasonable time of the stated readiness, because fresh food is best eaten soon after it is prepared. If you are delayed, call +16058466621 and we will do what we can to keep your order in good condition.

Where delivery is arranged, the timing depends on distance and demand, and we will give a realistic estimate rather than an optimistic one. Once an order leaves our counter, conditions such as traffic and temperature are outside our control. We still want you to be satisfied, so contact us if something is not right and we will work toward a fair solution.

9. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the site or interfere with other visitors. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, introduce malicious code, or use automated tools to place an unreasonable load on our servers. You may not use the site to send spam or to impersonate AM SUBWAY LLC.

We reserve the right to block access where we detect misuse. If you believe that your access has been blocked in error, contact us and we will review the matter. Our aim is to keep a simple, dependable website that helps customers order food, and these rules exist to protect that aim.

10. Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including its text, layout, styling and graphics, is owned by AM SUBWAY LLC or used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal, non commercial use, such as planning an order. You may not copy, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the site for a commercial purpose without our written permission.

The name AM SUBWAY LLC and any related marks belong to us. Nothing in these terms grants you a license to use our marks except as needed to refer truthfully to our shop. If you wish to use our content in a way that these terms do not permit, contact us and we can discuss whether permission can be given.

11. Content You Send Us

When you send us a message, a review or a catering note, you confirm that the content is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant us permission to use that content to respond to you, to prepare your order and to improve our service. We will not publish your personal details without your agreement.

Please do not send confidential information that we do not need, and do not send content that belongs to someone else or that is unlawful. If you believe that content on our site infringes your rights, contact us with the details and we will investigate promptly and take appropriate action.

12. Third Party Links and Services

Our website may link to third party sites, and some services may rely on third party tools, such as a map displayed on the contact page. Those sites and tools are controlled by their own operators, and their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them. We provide links as a convenience and do not control what appears at the destination.

We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of a third party service. If you have a problem with a third party site, please raise it with that site directly. If you find a broken or misleading link on our own site, tell us and we will look into it.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided on an as available basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error free or free of harmful components.

Menu and price information on the site is provided in good faith, but the counter is the final authority for what is available and what it costs on a given day. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be limited in your region.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AM SUBWAY LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from any order, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Some regions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Where a limitation is not permitted, our liability is limited to the greatest extent that the law allows. This section does not reduce any right that you hold under mandatory consumer protection law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to hold AM SUBWAY LLC harmless from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, that arises from your misuse of the website or your breach of these terms. This obligation applies only to the extent that the claim results from your own conduct rather than from our actions.

We will give you prompt notice of any claim covered by this section and reasonable cooperation in responding to it. You may not settle a claim in a way that places an obligation on us without our agreement. This section survives the end of your use of the website and of these terms.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the website if you breach these terms or if we are required to do so by law. When we take such a step, we will explain the reason where it is practical to do so. Ending access to the website does not affect any order that has already been accepted and prepared.

You may stop using the website at any time. Certain provisions, such as those on intellectual property, liability and governing law, continue to apply after your use ends, because they are meant to protect both parties even after the relationship concludes.

17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. This means that the legal framework that applies to our shop also applies to any dispute about these terms or about an order.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. The unenforceable provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it valid, and the rest of the agreement stands as written. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of it on another.

18. Dispute Resolution

If a disagreement arises, we would like the chance to resolve it informally first. Please contact us with the details, and we will review the matter in good faith. Many concerns can be settled quickly through a phone call to +16058466621 or an email to orders@amsubway.hair.

If an informal approach does not resolve the matter, the dispute will be handled in the courts located within the State of Utah, unless the law in your region requires a different forum. Before taking a formal step, we encourage you to give us a reasonable opportunity to make things right.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our shop or the law changes. When we make a material change, we will revise this page and, where suitable, note what is new so that returning visitors can see the difference. Continued use of the website after an update means that you accept the revised terms.

We encourage you to review this page occasionally. The version published here is the one that applies, and it replaces any earlier version. If a change is significant enough to affect your current order, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention.
